The hotel's three buildings house altogether 39 rooms. A ground-floor room (Standard) comes with a terrace, a 1st-floor room (Superior) with a balcony, from which you have got a view of either the sea or Mount Etna.

Standard furnishing of the rooms includes: SAT-TV, air conditioning with heating device, mini bar (drinks chargeable), safe, en suite bathroom (shower/WC).

In the center of the hotel complex lies the beautiful pool, which you can cool off or swim a few laps in or simply relax at (start/end of 'pool season' dependent on the weather). Apart from the pool, there's a jogging trail, a bocce court as well as a children's playground.

BREAKFAST (included): For breakfast, you serve yourself from a rich buffet.

Of course you can also have dinner at the hotel restaurant. They serve typically Sicilian dishes made from local and partly home-made ingredients. An antipasto dish might be followed by a first course and a second course with side dishes; you can choose fish or meat. The dessert might be either a sweet dish or fruit.

At the hotel you have got free WiFi access; there is a bar, a cafeteria and a parking lot. Bikes can be rented on site and on request. For excursions into the environs, the hotel offers transfer to Taormina or a pickup excursion to Mount Etna.

From Fiumefreddo start on a tour to Mount Etna along the scenic road Mareneve, for example. After arriving at an altitude of 1,800 m, four-wheel drive buses, which run from spring to autumn, take you to an altitude of about 2,800 m, where you can enjoy the unique view and a close look at the bizarre volcanic landscape.

Taormina, Sicily's most popular town, is about 15 km from Fiumefreddo. Like a balcony 200 m above the coast it opens upon a fantastic view of the sea and majestic Mount Etna. 

A cultural highlight: Catania, Sicily's second largest town, which lies in the midst of an impressive natural landscape. To the one side Mount Etna rises up majestically, overlooking this town rich in history, on the other side lies nature reserve Oasi del Simeto.
