The hotel's three buildings include altogether 39 rooms. The rooms on the ground floor (Standard) come with a terrace each, the rooms on the first floor (Superior) with a balcony, from which you have got a view of either the sea or Mount Etna.

Each room includes a bathroom (shower, WC), SAT-TV, air conditioning with integrated heating system, mini bar (drinks chargeable) and safe.

In the center of the premises lies the beautiful pool, which you can cool off or swim a few laps in or simply relax at (start/end of 'pool season' dependent on the weather). Apart from the pool, there's a jogging trail, a bocce court as well as a playground for children.

For breakfast you serve yourself at a rich buffet. You can also have dinner at the restaurant if you want to. They serve typically Sicilian dishes made of local and partly home produced or home-grown ingredients. An antipasto dish might be followed by a first course and a second course with side dishes; you can choose fish or meat. The dessert might be either a sweet dish or fruit.

The accommodation offers free WiFi; there is parking, a bar and a cafeteria. Bikes can be rented on the spot and upon request. For excursions into the environs, the hotel offers transfer to Taormina or a pickup excursion to Mount Etna.

From Fiumefreddo start on a tour to Mount Etna along the scenic road Mareneve, for example. After arriving at an altitude of 1,800 m, four-wheel busses, which run from spring to autumn, take you to an altitude of about 2,800 m where you can enjoy the unique view and a close look at the bizarre volcanic landscape.

Taormina, Sicily's most popular town only 10 km off, is also worth a visit. Like a balcony 200 m above the coast it opens upon a fantastic view of the sea and majestic Mount Etna. 

A cultural highlight which you should not miss out on is Catania, Sicily's second largest town, which lies in the midst of an impressive natural landscape. To the one side Mount Etna rises up majestically, overlooking this town rich in history, on the other side lies nature reserve „Oasi del Simeto“.
