Villino Elena is an appealing one-room holiday home with a charming stone façade and located (together with other holiday accommodations) on spacious premises on a peninsula south of Syracuse. Although in the midst of gorgeous Sicilian nature, it is not far from the sea and from cultural attractions such as the Old Town of Syracuse and other fantastic Baroque towns.

Friendly owner Patrizia's property is home to several holiday homes and apartments. Larger groups of vacationers traveling together can therefore be easily accommodated, too.

A highlight guests staying at Patrizia's accommodations can look forward to: the pool area with seating accommodations and loungers to relax on and the long (18 m) pool to swim some laps or cool off in (open ca. end of May - October, changes due to weather conditions possible).

Small, but lovely

The small holiday home includes a living area with seating accommodations, TV, kitchenette (incl. 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment), air conditioning with heating device and wardrobe.

The sleeping area with double bed can be separated from the living area by a curtain. The bathroom (masonry shower/WC/bidet) is accessible from the sleeping area.

The Villino's furnished and roofed terrace is a cozy spot where you can relax in the evening hours at the end of an eventful day on Italy’s largest island. Another lovely spot is the adjoining plot of garden where trees provide for shade on hot summer days.

WiFi is available in the outdoor area around the shared pool.

Parking: There is a parking space for your car on the fenced premises.

Surroundings

Shopping facilities are ca. 1 km, restaurants about 700 m from the holiday home. The sea is also 700 m off, a sandy beach 1.6 km.

When vacationing at Villino Elena, you are ca. 7 km from Syracuse. Its cityscape was shaped by the ancient Greeks and Romans as well as later on by the Baroque artists. UNESCO World Heritage listed Ortigia, the Old Town of Syracuse on a small island, fascinates visitors with an abundance of sights dating from different epochs.
