Villa Graziano lies in the district of Macari, between nature reserve Zingaro and Monte Cofano, only 5 km from the main town of San Vito Lo Capo with its fantastically wide sandy beach.

In the evenings, relax on the terrace and enjoy that terrific spectacle when the sun disappears into the sea and bathes the sky in golden light.

Your villa near the sea

Upon entering the end-of-terrace house, you find yourself in the eat-in kitchen (incl. 4-burner gas stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment), which is adorned with gorgeous Sicilian majolica tiles.

From the kitchen, stairs run up to a gallery with 'relaxation area' and to the double bedroom on the first floor.

On the ground floor, the hallway from the kitchen takes you to the two bathrooms (shower cabin/WC/bidet each), to the lounge room with sofa and TV, to a twin bedroom and to another double bedroom.

Each room holds some evidence of the past, which reminds you of the eventful history of Italy’s largest island.

The villa is, however, held mainly in Arab style, which for centuries had greatly influenced the island’s art and culture.

Outdoor area with sea view

Living out-of-doors, i.e. being able to spend as much time as possible out in the open, is highly valued.

Southern Italian atmosphere and a breathtaking view of the sea await you on the partly roofed terrace of the villa. Garden furniture, sunbeds, a masonry charcoal grill and an outdoor shower are at your disposal in the outdoor area.

In front of the house, you see the Sicilian landscape stretching out in all its beauty. It was not without reason that Goethe summarized his journey to Sicily with: „That I have seen Sicily is an indestructible treasure for my whole life“.

Furnishing of the holiday home includes, amongst others, washing machine, air conditioning with heating system, grill, outdoor shower and WiFi.

Parking: You can park your car on the fenced premises.

Surroundings

The nearest beach is 1 km, the nearest sandy beach 2 km off.

A small bar as well as Restaurant Antico Borgo and Pizzeria Azzurra, which are, however, open only during the summer months, are found 900 m off, at Macari.

Grocery stores, more bars and restaurants are found 5 km off, at San Vito Lo Capo. The sandy beach there has a touch of the Caribbean - a delight for water bugs and those who aspire to be! Upon request, the owner provides a free-of-charge parking permit for San Vito, which you can reach by following the coastal road passing by Macari.

Tips for excursions

Given Villa Graziano’s convenient location, lovers of nature really get their money’s worth. Nature reserves Cofano and Zingaro are only a stone’s throw away.

Those who want to follow up on culture are in the right place, too. The capital of Palermo is of course a good choice for a day trip. The medieval town of Erice is only somewhat more than half an hour off. The coastal town of Castellammare del Golfo with its picturesque harbor is also worth a visit.

No matter what kind of holidays and holiday activities you prefer, in northwestern Sicily you are sure to find something to suit your tastes.
