Holiday home Casa Parisi offers a great holiday atmosphere: It is located only 50 m from the wonderful, wide sandy beach of the fishing village of Sampieri in the southeast of Sicily.
For those who wish to spend holidays by the sea and take part in original Sicilian village life the lovely, well-tended accommodation might just be the right place. The holiday home is also an ideal starting point for excursions to the UNESCO World Heritage listed towns of Scicli, Ragusa, Modica and Noto.
Sampieri’s kilometers of beach are a main setting of the Commissario Montalbano series. The fantastic sandy beach and the crystal clear water are a guarantee for untroubled bathing pleasure - not only for the Commissario but also for you.
Casa Parisi, a former fisherman's house and built at the end of the 19th century, includes a wonderful roof terrace and is found in central location, in a one-way street. A supermarket and other shops are just around the corner.
High ceilings of reed, the lovely stone façade and the blue and green window shutters make for the unique charm of the holiday home. Another characteristic feature are the stone walls inside Casa Parisi.
You enter Casa Parisi into the tastefully furnished and lovingly decorated living area. One of the two large sofas can be turned into a sleeping facility for a third person. A TV and air conditioning with both cooling and heating function are also at your disposal.
The dining area and the kitchenette are located on a slightly raised level and separated from the living area by a small railing.
The nice bathroom of the holiday home is equipped with shower, WC and bidet.
From the cozy bedroom with double bed stairs run up to the partly roofed, 20 m2 roof terrace with sea view, where cactuses make for a Mediterranean atmosphere and the outdoor shower might be welcome on hot days.
The washing machine, which is found below the staircase, is very convenient above all if you intend to stay on for a while.
The fishing village of Sampieri counts among the coastal villages most characteristic for the southeast coast of Sicily. Houses of stone nestling against each other in the numerous small alleys make for its original and authentic character.
From the beautifully laid out promenade, you catch sight of a popular motif of the area - the burnt down old brickworks.
When spending holidays in the southeast of Sicily, you should not miss out on visiting the "Baroque jewels of Noto valley". The fascinating towns of Scicli (10 km from Sampieri), Modica (25 km off), Ragusa (38 km off) and Noto (41 km off) with their impressive, Baroque centers, which were rebuilt in this style after the devastating 1693 earthquake, are quite a tourist draw.
The exact address and the information about the details of your journey are included in the booking confirmation.
