The holiday home

Villa Rosella is one of four houses located on private premises at the end of a cul-de-sac.

The owner’s love for detail becomes apparent inside the house. Even the smallest accessories have been chosen and arranged with care.

In the light flooded eat-and-live-in kitchen with TV you can either relax on the couch or prepare Mediterranean delicacies in the kitchen area, which includes an oven, a 4-burner gas stove and a refrigerator with freezer compartment.

Villa Rosella offers two comfortable and spacious double bedrooms, one on the ground floor, the other one on the upper floor, which is accessible via the staircase from the live-and-eat-in kitchen.

The modern bathroom is equipped with shower cabin, WC and bidet.

Sunbathing on two terraces

Spend wonderful hours out in the open on the terrace of the holiday home, which is furnished with a cushioned seating accommodation as well as garden furniture and parasol. Or enjoy the evening atmosphere at sunset on the sea view roof terrace while relaxing on the deckchairs and savoring an aperitif.

If you are not in the mood for cooking inside, then use the outdoor grill to prepare a delicious meal of fresh fish and crisp vegetables from the market.  Buon appetito!

Furnishing of holiday home Villa Rosella includes WiFi (free of charge), washing machine, alarm system, iron and ironing board as well as air conditioning with heating system and TV.

You can park your car either in the driveway or on the road right in front of the property.

At and around Calabernardo

Shops, bars and restaurants open during the summer months are only about 200 m off. More shopping facilities and restaurants are found at Avola, ca. 5 km off. 

A visit to UNESCO World Heritage listed Noto, which is about 8 km from Calabernardo, is sure to be one of the highlights of your holidays in Sicily.

While strolling through the town, take your time to let the impressive sight of the grand Baroque buildings with their ‘playful’ façades sink in.
