The owner has managed to create a wonderful summer retreat in this place.

An outdoor staircase runs up to the entrance of Casa Cristiano, which means access is not barrier-free. The holiday home includes two bedrooms, a living room with well-appointed kitchen unit and a bathroom. 

In the living area and in the bathroom, wonderfully patterned tiles catch your eye. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed, the other one with a bunk bed. The latter can be turned into a double bed if required. 

Furnishing of Casa Cristiano also includes: air conditioning, washing machine (on the balcony), hair dryer, two TVs, stove with oven, coffee machine, microwave.

Interesting holidays at Marzamemi

Holiday home Casa Cristiano is only 600 m from Spiaggia della Spinazza. The gorgeous, gently sloping beaches of Reitani/San Lorenzo are 1 - 2 km off.

At Marzamemi, there is no lack of restaurants, chic bars, street food and pasticcerias. The nearest restaurants are only a short walk (ca. 500 m) from Casa Cristiano. 

Excursion into nature

Oasi Naturale di Vendicari about 7 km from Casa Cristiano offers a special experience of nature to both the young and the young at heart. Several hiking trails (Please mind: There's often no shade!) run through the 1,500 ha reserve, where you get to admire a fascinating flora and fauna.

One of the highlights at Oasi Vendicari: the flamingos, which you can spot with a bit of luck and watch with a good pair of binoculars. Natural beach sections and bays at the nature reserve are wonderful spots to stop at for refreshing breaks.
