At the villa, you find most of what you are used to from home; the fantastic surrounding area tops it all off.  

Villa Falaride is the front unit of a three-party terraced house complex and lies closest to the sea. The middle unit houses lovely holiday home Villa Ina. The back and last unit is the residence of owner Angela, who sets great store by looking after and taking good care of the premises.

Your holiday home at Avola

Villa Falaride accommodates up to six persons on two floors.

An elegant ambience with comfortable furniture, air conditioning with heating system and TV awaits you on the ground floor, where you find a spacious living-dining room with adjoining open kitchen (incl. dishwasher, oven, 4-burner gas stove, microwave, large fridge-freezer). 

Enjoy the delicious, Mediterranean meals you have prepared out in the open; sliding doors in the kitchen open onto the terrace and towards the garden.
There is also a bathroom on the ground floor.

Great for couples traveling together or for large families: the three double bedrooms on the first floor, each with en suite bathroom (shower/WC/bidet, hair dryer) and air conditioning with heating system.Two bedrooms open onto the sea view balcony; from the window of the third bedroom you have got a fantastic view of the sea.

Furnishing of Villa Falaride also includes WiFi and washing machine.

Terrace and garden

In the outdoor area of Villa Falaride you find garden furniture on the roofed sea view terrace to relax on, loungers in the garden to take it easy on and an outdoor shower to cool off under in between.

Surely the highlight of the garden: the whirlpool, which is 'open' from May to September (depending on weather conditions).

Parking: Parking is available on the fenced premises.

Surroundings

The sea with a rocky section is accessible via a short footpath only a few meters from the house. Please note: Depending on the security situation and if required, this direct access of the sea may be closed.
The holiday home is ca. 400 m from the gently sloping sandy beach of Lido di Avola.

For a snack at lunchtime or a light meal in the evening, we recommend Salumeria "Il Terrone" (150 m off), where you can buy local specialties. Restaurant Porto Matto is also close by (ca. 200 m); more restaurants, stores and bars are found in the center of Lido di Avola (ca. 600 m).

Avola is a convenient holiday destination, if you want to discover the sights of the surrounding area. Nature reserve Oasi Vendicari, for example, is only 20 km, the famous UNESCO-listed Baroque town of Noto only 12 km off.
