Wi-Fi, air conditioning, four bathrooms, whirlpool in the garden and seaside location at Lido di Avola – holidays at Villa Falaride are feel-good holidays in Southern Italy.

At the villa, you find most of the comforts you are used to from home; the fantastic surrounding area tops it all off.  

Looking after and taking good care of the premises is very important to Angela, the friendly owner, who lives in the back part of the duplex house.

To get to the sea, you need only follow the short footpath near the house. The gently sloping sandy beach of Lido di Avola is about 400 m off.

For a snack at lunchtime or a light meal in the evening, we recommend Salumeria "Il Terrone", which is 150 m off and where you can buy local specialties.

Restaurant Porto Matto is about 200 m off, more restaurants and stores are found in the center of Lido di Avola, ca. 600 m off.

Your holiday home at Avola

Villa Falaride accommodates up to six persons.

Great for couples traveling together or for large families: the three double bedrooms on the first floor, each with en suite bathroom (shower, WC, hair dryer and bidet) and air conditioning with heating system.
Two bedrooms open onto the sea view balcony; from the third one you have got a fantastic view of the sea from the window.

The spacious living-dining room and adjoining open kitchen are located on the ground floor, which offers an elegant ambience with comfortable furniture, air conditioning with heating system and TV.

There is another bathroom with shower on the ground floor.

The kitchen with dish washer, oven, 4-burner gas stove and microwave is perfect for those who love cooking. There is a large fridge-freezer where you can store what you buy at the market and what you need to prepare a delicious, Mediterranean meal.

A sliding door opens from the kitchen into the garden and onto the terrace where you can sit down to savor the meals you have prepared.

Terrace and garden

Relax on the garden furniture on the roofed sea view terrace or take it easy on the sun beds in the garden. In between, you can cool off under the outdoor shower.

Surely the highlight of the garden: the whirlpool, which is 'open' from May to September (depending on weather conditions).

Villa Falaride includes Wi-Fi, dish washer, washing machine and air conditioning with heating system, outdoor shower and whirlpool.

Parking: Parking is available on the fenced premises.

Surroundings

Your part of the duplex house is located right at the seaside. A short footpath near the villa takes you to a rocky section, the sandy beach is ca. 400 m off.

It is about 200 m to the nearest restaurant, more restaurants, stores and bars are ca. 600 m off.
Avola is a convenient holiday destination, if you want to discover the sights of the surrounding area. Nature reserve Oasi Vendicari, for example, is only 20 km, the famous UNESCO-listed Baroque town of Noto only 12 km off.
