When you step out of holiday apartment Casa Fiordalisi, you step right onto the golden-yellow sandy beach of Marina di Ragusa.

Just a few more steps and your feet are washed by the clear waters of the sea. Temperatures are such that you can go for a swim in the sea from April through November and when vacationing at Casa Fiordialisi you can do so at any time of the day.

If you are interested in Baroque culture, Marina di Ragusa is also a convenient place to stay at. Scicli, Ragusa-Ibla and Modica are places we recommend visiting and which you might consider including in your holiday program.

The holiday apartment

Casa Fiordialisi is located on the ground floor of a two-storey building. On the upper floor lies Casa Tirella, another holiday apartment we arrange for.

At Casa Fiordialisi you are sure to feel at home. It radiates a lovely and bright atmosphere, which was important to the friendly owning family.

Via the spacious terrace you enter the apartment into the combined kitchen-dining-living room, where, apart from dining furniture, sofa and TV, you find gas stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator with freezer compartment at your disposal.

The apartment sleeps 4 persons in two bedrooms, one with double bed and access of the terrace and one with bunk bed. The bunk bed is suitable and intended for children and can be extended to sleep three.

From the bathroom (shower/WC/bidet) of Casa Fiordalisi you have also got access of the terrace.

Outdoor area

It is surely a hightlight: the large, partly roofed terrace with outdoor furniture. You can take eiter a 'bath in the sun' to get a bit of a holiday tan or relax in the shade on the roofed part, which is also the perfect place to enjoy a good breakfast.

And best of all: The sea is always within view!

Furnishing

Furnishing of Casa Fiordalisi includes air conditioning with heating system (extra charge for use), washing machine and SAT-TV.

Parking: You can park your car in the public parking spaces along the road in front of the house.

Surroundings & excursions

Shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, a bus stop and a bike rental are found only 100 m from Casa Fiordalisi.

It is only a few kilometers from Marina di Ragusa to the "valle del barocco", the 'valley of the Baroque', where you can visit the fascinating, UNESCO World Heritage listed, Baroque towns of Modica, Ragusa-Ibla and Scicli.

The Baroque town of Syracuse and the nature reserve of Vendicari with its wonderful hiking trails and untouched beaches are worthwhile destinations for day trips.
