Casa Palizzolo – Feel good holiday apartments with large pool

Surrounded by fantastic beaches and centuries-old culture

Casa Palizzolo belongs to friendly family Siino, whom we have been cooperating with for several years now concerning the rental of their holiday apartment Il Giuccu.  The name of Casa Palizzolo is linked with the village of Buseto Palizzolo, which you find sprawling up the hilly landscape of northwestern Sicily about 19 km from Castellammare del Golfo.

What greatly appeals to us about the holiday apartments is not only their tasteful and well chosen furnishing and the wonderful pool, but also their location, which seems perfect for both those who love nature and those who love culture.

Within a driving distance of only 20 to 30 minutes lie the gorgeous sandy beaches of Baia Cornino and San Vito Lo Capo, the two charming nature reserves Monte Cofano and Lo Zinagro as well as the highlight of the region, the temples of Segesta.

The important town of Trapani with its salt ponds and the medieval mountain village of Erice are not far from Casa Palizzolo either.

Holiday apartments Segesta and Scopello with private terrace

Cas Palizzolo houses altogether three holiday apartments. We have chosen for your holidays the two apartments called "Segesta" (1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, for four persons) and "Scopello" (1 double bedroom, for two persons), suitable names linked with the region.

Each holiday apartment includes a modern bathroom with shower cabin, WC, bidet and hair dryer.

The live-and-eat-in kitchen is furnished with a 4-plate electric stove, an oven, a microwave, a water boiler, a toaster, a refrigerator with freezer compartment as well as dining furniture, a cozy sofa and TV.

Upon request, the owner provides children’s beds or cribs for very young guests.

Outdoor area with pool

Each of the apartments includes a private outdoor terrace, which is furnished with a table, chairs and a parasol.

The inviting pool of 10 x 5 meters is open from April to October, weather permitting (changes due to weather conditions possible!).

There are sufficient sunbeds in the pool area, there is a grill for shared use and outdoor showers are also at your disposal.

Furnishing

Casa Palizzolo includes, amongst others, air conditioning with heating system, central heating, WiFi (extra charge), TV, washing machine for shared use (and for a fee), outdoor showers.

Parking: Each apartment comes with a reserved parking space on the premises.

Surroundings

A bakery, a wine bar and a gas station are found within walking distance (ca. 1 km). A supermarket as well as a pizzeria and a restaurant are found at Buseto Palizzolo, 2 km off.

It is about 10 km to the nearest sandy beach, gorgeous Baia Cornino with parking, restaurant and lido.

The nearest town with quite a number of shops and restaurants as well as a beautiful harbor is Castellammare del Golfo, 19 km off.
