Sea view holiday apartment for up to 4 persons

Casa Nespolo is a 1st-floor apartment in a well-kept residential neighborhood and only 200 m from the long sandy beach of Avola.

The cozy apartment has got a spacious live-and-eat-in kitchen (incl. oven, 4-burner gas stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster), where a sofa bed provides sleeping facility for the 3rd and 4th persons. 

The comfortable bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom (shower/WC/bidet) opens onto the terrace. Apart from the en suite bathroom, there is a guest bath.

Furnishing of Casa Nespolo also includes free WIFI (20 GB), SAT-TV (TV in the kitchen and in the bedroom), washing machine, air conditioning (extra charge for use) and iron.

Spacious sea view terrace

Casa Nespolo's roofed sea view terrace (ca. 33 m²) is a wonderful place to relax on at any time of the day. In the evening, for example, you can make yourself comfortable with a glass of wine and let an exciting day fade away. 

The terrace is furnished with seating accommodations, sun loungers and a sunshade. An outdoor shower and a grill are also at your disposal.

Parking: You can park your car on the property.

Surroundings & tips for excursions

The long sandy beach of Avola is only 200 m, the center of Lido di Avola with shopping facilities, bars and restaurants about 400 m from Casa Nespolo.

Don't miss out on an excursion to nature reserve Oasi di Vendicari, which, in autumn, is a place of rest for thousands of migratory birds on their long journey southwards.
Explore Sicily's flora and fauna on a hiking tour through the reserve and, in between or afterwards, stop for a swim in the sea at one of the untouched beaches there.  

If you are interested in culture, take a closer look at the UNESCO World Heritage listed, Baroque town of Noto, for example; it is only a few kilometers off.

Also worth a visit: the Old Town of Syracuse located on Isola di Ortigia. Stroll through the alleys and let the old palazzi, the graceful cathedral and the atmosphere of times gone by work their magic.
