When vacationing at Casa Nespolo, you will get to know quite a bit about what Sicily is known or even famous for.
You will experience Sicilian hospitality both with the owning family of the holiday apartment and when mingling with the locals.
You will discover gorgeous beaches and Baroque towns in the wonderful surroundings of Avola and, of course, Sicily's lush nature, which includes nature reserves.
You will find out that Sicily has a lot to offer from a culinary point of view. Just one tip: Taste the typically Sicilian dessert "cannoli" (tube-shaped fried pastry filled with sweet ricotta).
And, you will experience Southern Italian joie de vivre.
Casa Nespolo is located on the 1st floor of the owner’s house in a well-kept residential neighborhood and only 200 m from the long sandy beach of Avola.
The modern apartment includes a spacious live-and-eat-in kitchen with kitchen unit (incl. oven, 4-burner gas stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster) and dining furniture as well as a sofa corner with SAT-TV and sofa bed (sleeping facility for the 3rd/4th persons).
The comfortable bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, TV and en suite bathroom (shower/WC/bidet) opens onto the terrace. Apart from the en suite bathroom, there is a guest bath.
Furnishing of Casa Nespolo also includes free WIFI (20 GB), washing machine, air conditioning (extra charge for use) and iron.
The ca. 33 m2 roofed sea view terrace of Casa Nespolo is furnished with seating accommodations, sun loungers and a sunshade. An outdoor shower and a grill are also at your disposal.
Relax on the terrace at the end of an exciting day, for example, and let it fade away while enjoying a glass of wine.
Parking: You can park your car on the property.
The long sandy beach of Avola is only 200 m, the center of Lido di Avola with shopping facilities, bars and restaurants about 400 m from Casa Nespolo.
Don't miss out on an excursion to nature reserve Oasi Vendicari, which, in autumn, is a place of rest for thousands of migratory birds on their long journey southwards.
Explore Sicily's flora and fauna on your hiking tours through the nature reserve and, in between or afterwards, stop for a swim in the sea at one of the untouched beaches there.
If you are interested in culture, take a closer look at the UNESCO World Heritage listed, Baroque town of Noto, for example; it is only a few kilometers off.
Also worth a visit: the Old Town of Syracuse located on Isola di Ortigia. Stroll through the alleys and let the old palazzi, the graceful cathedral and the atmosphere of times gone by work their magic!
