Charming Bed and Breakfast on Lipari
In the picturesque Old town of Lipari, only a stone’s throw from the sea, lies the beautiful Bed & Breakfast Agave Residence. It is only a few metres to the old harbour of the nice district of Marina Corta.
A fantastic view of the deep blue sea, the castle of Lipari and part of the Sicilian coast unfolds before you from the panorama roof terrace of the breakfast hotel.
Here, you can start off each vacation day completely relaxed with a cappuccino and a cornetto and enjoy the Sicilian sun. For breakfast, you will be served various delicacies typical for the Aeolian Islands, e.g. home-made „pasticciotti“, pastry filled with jam.

As each room has a kitchenette, you will be able to prepare snacks yourself during your stay. Furthermore, the rooms offer TV and a safe. Air conditioning and heating provide for pleasant temperatures in summer and winter.

The nearest beach is about 200 metres from your Lipari Bed & Breakfast. Other beaches on the island are best reached by boat – boat landing at Marina Corta is only 50 metres from Agave Residence. The sandy beach of Canneto, which is about two kilometres off, is among Lipari’s most beautiful beaches – you can take the bus from Marina Corta.
The friendly owner of Agave Residence, Signora Cincotta, will gladly provide advice for various excursions during your stay and any other kind of information and tips.
At Quattropiani in the north western part of the island of Lipari, we recommend a stop at the restaurant Sangre Rojo, which belongs to the owner of Agave Residence. Besides Sicilian delicacies, you can enjoy a wonderful view of Alicudi, Filicudi and the east coast of Sicily.
The Aeolian Islands to the north-east of Sicily are a true holiday paradise: the „sette perle“ („seven pearls“) Alicudi, Filicudi, Lipari, Panarea, Salina, Stromboli and Vulcano enchant you with magnificent, varied landscapes and crystal clear water. Sicily vacationers should not miss out on a trip to this island dream. Lipari is the main island of the Aeolian Islands and, therefore, the liveliest and most visited. Its landscape is varied and charming.
There are various ways to get to Lipari: Hydrofoils depart from Milazzo, Messina, Naples, Palermo and Reggio Calabria. Boats depart from Milazzo and Naples. The nearest airports are at Catania, Palermo, Reggio Calabria and Naples.
