During your stay at Villa Valeria, the sea is a stone’s throw away: it is only 250 metres from your holiday home to the 10 kilometres of sandy beach, which are ideal for sunbathing, swimming and taking walks.
From the point of view of culture, this part of south-eastern Sicily has a lot to offer, too: do not miss out on visits to the late Baroque towns of Noto and Modica, which have been declared World Heritage Sites by the Unesco.
Villa Valeria is located in a cul-de-sac and surrounded by a garden of Mediterranean plants. The large roofed terrace of about 15 m² is the ideal place to share meals and sit together under the southern sun. After a long day at the beach, the outdoor shower will provide welcome refreshment.
Upon entering the ca. 65 m² Noto holiday home, you will find the spacious, light flooded kitchen-cum-living room, which is equipped with a full oven, among other things. The kitchen and living areas are separated by a beautiful round arch.
Furthermore, there are two bedrooms, a double and a twin. The bathroom of Villa Valeria is equipped with shower, WC and bidet.

The washing machine comes in very handy for lengthy stays. In the family friendly holiday home, you will also find a TV and a radio. On cooler days, a gas heater will provide for pleasant temperatures.
The cordial owning family of Villa Valeria speaks German fluently and will gladly provide advice during your stay on Sicily. Should your arrival airport be Catania, the owners will pick you up upon request for an extra of 70 Euro and take you to your Noto holiday home.
You can park your car on the fenced premises of the holiday home.
The nearest shopping facilities and a bar are to be found about 300 metres off.

The nearby towns of Noto and Modica are fascinating due to their magnificent Baroque buildings and winding terraced alleys. For those interested in culture, Ispica, only eight kilometres off, and Scicli with its rich buildings and nicely laid out squares are also worth visiting.
Those dreaming of long days at the beach will find perfect conditions at the wide sandy beaches between Portopalo, Santa Marina del Focallo and Scoglitti. At the nature reserve Riserva del Fiume Irminio you will find beaches with dunes at which you can also enjoy bathing. Typical „macchia mediterranea“ and rare species of animals make for the special charm of the nature reserve, too.
