The first floor can be accessed by either an outdoor or an indoor staircase. On the interior, a spiral staircase leads from the living room to the anteroom of the upper floor. From there you enter the other rooms – the two bedrooms, the bathroom (WC/bidet) and the roofed balcony facing the south.

The two bedrooms, one equipped with double bed, the other with twin beds, provide for a cosy atmosphere due to their location right below the roof’s wooden beams. Because of its size, the villa is ideally suited for families. Upon request, two additional sleeping possibilities can be put up in the living room.

 Additional features of the holiday home are air conditioning, washing machine, satellite TV (with English and German channels), radio and cassette recorder. Parking possibilities are found on the fenced property as well as on the street. A well-tended small garden with abundant Mediterranean vegetation offers enough space to relax. In the provided deck chairs, sun-worshippers can get a nice tan or shade-lovers can laze below the trees. A barbecue place invites to jovial evenings on the roofed terrace.
